I tried to change the level using the H1-H4 buttons on th DTH word ribbon; the same thing happens=> New topics

When I changed the level of a heading (Level 4 to 5) using the Word format panel, D-T-H created a completly new topic.
Why is that?
In doing so it was lost from the DTH content + all topic settings where lost.
Is there a workaround?

I suggest that Madcap should set up a webinar addressing best practice for image handling.
DTH webinars are scarces and far apart compared to their Flare counterparts.
