In your original post, did you put the frame around the image in Snagit? If so, I think your images will look better if you frame them first (you can also create a minor 3d framing effect), and then apply the drop shadow. It looks like you're applying the drop shadow and then framing the image.

I had the same problem many months ago. I solved the problem; but sorry--I don't remember exactly how I solved it--however, I think I traced down all error messages and discovered that I had links to graphics or pages that didn't exist.

I do this all the time. In Captivate--publish as a Flash swf ,and chose the Export as HTML option. Make sure that you put all published elements in the same folder in Flare--including the .js file. If you have a copy of Adobe Flash (you may need the Pro version), you can create an HTML page that plays the FLV. You can then place this HTML page in your Flare WebHelp project, or create a link in your project that opens this page with the FLV movie.
