Ok so I am working away and need to edit the header of the template but when I go through the help file it says to locate and double click the layout file.

I recently was mandated to learn the software and started the tutorials, alas when I went to start using you online help I went to start and in Templates was no San Diego template to learn from.
Is there a way to get this template for learning purposes?
