Changes column in XML editor
There's a column called "Changes" in the XMIL editor that I'd like to hide. It's taking up a lot of real estate. Anyone know how to do that?

Double Dutch
When I generate the German version of a PDF, the toc says:
KAP:KAPITEL 1
The "KAP" part is double Dutch and I'm told that I need to get rid of that. Can anyone tell me to make that change....master stylesheet somewhere?

Apparently there is a bug in Flare. If you are using both the Use Lowercase Filenames and Do Not Use Content Folder options, then Flare cannot find the JavaScript files needed to load the toc. Should be fixed in Flare 2018 r2.

I'm building html5 outputs that when tested locally, was fine. However, when loaded on production server, the top navigation is missing. All my other outputs work fine in production.
