Re: Grouping notes in a frame

Hello Sarah and thanks for your help ! Ok I was writing a message to show that positioning of the footnotes block is full of bugs and is hard to achieve, but it finally worked ! Now maybe we will have other issues related to these notes we have not thought about yet, but at this stage it's all good....

Re: Grouping notes in a frame

Hello and thanks to both of you for your answers ! @pacdam : I know exactly how it should be in the manual, but indeed I think there is some confusion on how to achieve it and through which ways it can be done with Flare. So it must be even worse for someone who is trying to understand confused ques...

Grouping notes in a frame

Hello ! I have quite a challenge now, as we are migrating all customer's manuals into Flare. The page layout is quite special, as: Notes must not be written into the text, but instead they are just cross-references displayed as "Note X" which redirect to the corresponding note text. All no...

Re: Multiple products - multiple manual types

Thank you very much for your help, I appreciate. I did not know about putting conditions on content folders, that's a great possibility ! We will keep it in on single project then. By the way ChoccieMuffin, snippets are just "parts" of content inside a topic ? If so, what is more advantage...

Multiple products - multiple manual types

Hello ! I am sorry if this "issue" has been already discussed, but I could not find any topic for the same situation. We are writing documentation for 2 quite similar products. User manuals have been made using conditions "Product 1" and "Product 2", but now we have to ...

Translation workflow ?

Hello all ! I am quite new to Flare and need to translate a manual (once I have dealt with PDF generation issues). I have several questions for now : - Is it possible to perform project translation without Lingo ? - I tried Lingo trial version and created a projet with translated topics, then I coul...
