This issue is one of the issues that has been addressed with the release of Flare V4.

Unfortunately, the TMX files are not the files that need to be translated, but the result of completed translations. When you open a project in Lingo, the Flare topics are broken into strings - these strings are then translated by a translator. As each string is translated, that translation is saved ...

To clarify, to create snippets based on content, you will want to search for Frequent Phrases or Frequent Segments and create the snippets from the content. The Snippet Suggestions will allow you to replace content that is not snippets with snippets after they have been created.

At what point in the install does the issue arise? I run Flare in Parallels at home, and it works fine.

Unfortunately, the system variables are not editable at this time. I have created a feature request on your behalf and added it to our database.

That is correct. The System Variables related to date update at compile time. They will not reflect the current time on the server where the output is hosted.

Alex, after testing, I can confirm that Frame 7.2 behaves in exactly the same way as Frame 7 with respect to this issue.
