Just an FYI, reached out to Madcap support team and the response is: The quotation marks do not currently have any special functionality with the MadCap Search feature. What you saw with the search results is the expected output. Flare sees the words refund, refunded, etc. as variants of refundable....

It's actually worth doing the following: Edit > Find and Replace in Files Enter refundable in the Find field. Enable the Find in Source Code option. And hit Find All . That will tell you if the word is lurking somewhere within the code of any topics or files. Thanks for the tip! That helped me find...

Update: Worked with the team responsible for our portal. We cleaned up the URL and removed that string at the end causing the problem and it works! Many thanks to all for your help!

What is the link you are clicking on (I assume it's in the online portal you were talking about)? Maybe it has the search string coded in the link?
