Had a similar issue after installing on a high-dpi laptop and a regular extended monitor. The folder icons were very small, but the editor fonts were huge.

I fixed it by setting as follows:
Laptop screen (Main)
- 250% scaling
- 3200 x 1800 (recommended dpi)
Large monitor ...

I get this kind of thing also when I import from Word, so I do a find and replace, post-import.
In your case, if all your images are png then you could do the following:
Find:
png" style="width: .+px;height: .+px;"
Replace with:
png"
Make sure and select Find in Source Code, using search ...

I use two separate counters for Listnums in body text and Listnums in tables.
Regular ListNums use a counter named L:
p.ListNum
{
mc-auto-number-format: 'L:{n+}.';
}
p.ListNumIndent
{
mc-auto-number-format: 'L:{ }{n+}.';
}
p.ListNum_Alpha
{
mc-auto-number-format: 'L:{ }{a+}.';
}
Whereas ...

I am creating a comprehensive User Guide as it pertains to our Flare processes, and will also try making some mini-videos in SnagIt in support of that.
