Thanks, I saw this as a possibility but we all have the same path to the same location. Its local <c:\store\loca\folder_1\ABC.flprj>

We have decided to wait until add search filters and keep the HTML5 client based output, and put those files in our Apache server. When(if) Madcap enable Flare to publish server based outputs using a Linux /Apache type of setup, we will make the change then, to get the benefits of ...

I have resolved the font issue. The fonts were in quote marks in the css, which meant word didn't know what 'Arial' was.
The spacing around tables and the TOC is still an issue. I can correct them so its looks 'ok' in word, but terrible in pdf. by adjusting the paragraph margin-top and ...
