It was? I have the latest and greatest and still doing this odd behaviour with my List of Tables list. I should say, this chapter order is fixed, but the restarting of table numbers begins at each chapter, even though I have increment set.

Thanks Nita. Glad to hear its a common problem, as I did everything "according to the book" yet still got this behaviour. I can, of course, mess around in Word to fix the problem, but I shouldn't have to. Flare should know how to generate TOCs correctly, considering how sophisticated it is...

Nice summary of how to modify the stylesheet for a Print output. I did a more chaotic approach to adding styles to a Word medium. It works, but your process would have saved time and trouble.
