Same here - pre-push hook runs from command line, not from Flare - how is this possible?

Anyone else see this when pushing to Bitbucket? Very little apposite wisdom on the Intertubes, hoping a plain-spoken tech writer can elucidate a solution.

Our Flare project is about 5M, and BB has a 2G limit. Plenty of headroom, you'd think, and yet periodically the BB repo is suddenly 1.8G. We have exceeded the 2G limit at times, at which point you are locked out and cannot push. The temporary fix is to open a support ticket with Atlassian asking ...

Missing file link for TOC entry with System.LinkedTitle variable error building a project that has a large master TOC composed of multiple nested TOCs. Double-clicking the error in the build log just opens the master TOC. Anyone know how to find the specific TOC entry that causes the problem?
