Or try comparing the structure of the bundle you sent out with the one you received. I just had the same issue; the translator had left off the top-level folder when returning the files, so Lingo didn't recognize the file structure. With the top-level folder added back in, the merge was fine. Thanks...

FOLLOW-UP to my original post: Contacted Support, apparently Update Project worked just fine for them. I was instructed to create a new project and a new TM, then upload the files from the original project to the new TM and apply that TM to the new project. It worked and I will use the new Lingo pro...

We use Lingo for our German -> English translation. In German, the verb typically is at the end of the sentence, which is causing a problem with a translation: In the middle of a sentence is a short bulleted list, so Lingo separates it into 4 parts: beginning, point 1, point 2, ending.
