how come that I got this behaviour only after un-clicking and re-clicking "generate TOC proxy".

So I did follow https://www.madcapsoftware.com/blog/2012/09/12/guest-post-creating-a-title-page-for-pdf-output/ as many people before me. And as many people before me - I have this CoverLayout applied to all pages.

I tried it in so many ways, even checking properties of existing ones to see difference.. no dice.
Finally got an idea to drag entire folder from Explorer - it worked!
Still - is there any other way to do that?!?? (Flare v11 - should have new version soon/ish)

I am (very) new to Flare and right now I work on bringing the documentation up to date. While I can publish it to HTML5 and PDF (with occasional crashes/errors) ..in foreseeable future it will need to be integrated (contextually) with the platform itself.
