Back to Top in Side Navigation and Top Navigation

I have an image (of the button) that I wanted to use for both. I haven't used or inserted a script before so just nee...

Generate Individual PDFs of Each topic in Help Project
Hi All,
Is there a way to generate PDF output of all the help topics individually. Like a separate PDF for each topic. So far, we always had HTML5 Output. I have been asked to generate a PDF of each topic individually. The PDF must be in our template (Page Layout). Is there a way around this?

Re: Search on a particular Topic
Hi Nita, Thanks for this. However, what it really did was create a filter in the existing search that allows the user to search that "concept". What I was really after is create a Search within a topic and the search results are only from within that particular topic and not the whole help...

Search on a particular Topic
Hi All,
Is there a way we can attain a search box that just gives result from that particular topic? I have a Release Notes topic and wanted to create a Search that searches only content on Release Notes topic.
Thanks a bunch to all who reply

Fixed Menu Proxy overlapping Content
Hi All, In my HTML5 output, I have a fixed Menu Proxy of headings. Now the issue is that the menu is overlapping the content behind. There is a help topic from madcap Flare about 2-column master page, but I think its dated ( https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare2017r3/Content/Flare/Skins/More/Settin...

File Path in Search Result
Hi All,
My HTML5 output displays the file path in the search results for some reason. I searched the SearchResults skin file where I have set the Display on "Search Result Path" to "None". I though this should fix it but nothing happened?
Am I missing something? Thanks

Wow...that worked...Inserted a Menu Proxy in the master page and set it to display all the headings. :D Just another one...is there a way the frames can be edited in master page...I just drag and drop but haven't changed the layout much from original. Now this menu proxy I want to display with the c...

MiniTOC Proxy Examples
Hi All, I was able to add the Mini TOC to master page. However, to be able to configure the stylesheet to look the way I want it to is damn hard. Its long and tedious process where with every change, I need to compile the project and see in the output the change and if it is not right, I am back to ...

Hotspots in Image Maps
Hi All,
I was really after putting a fade-out hotspot in my image map but cant' figure it out myself how to implement it.
So what I really wanted a mouse hover action wherein the remaining image fades out as the image map area is focused. Is it possible?

Mini TOC proxy in Content Page
Hi All,
Just wondering if inserting the Mini TOC proxy is permitted in the content pages, not master page. I did try to insert it to one of my content topics but it showed nothing in the Output.
What I was really after was to include a mini TOC of the content on that individual page

Re: Mini TOC sort at the start of each topic
This perfect... thanks a bunch.
Just one more thing...right now the proxy displays as using up the entire top of the page. Is there a way I can define it as a right hand container sort. Please find attached an example of it.

Mini TOC sort at the start of each topic
Hi All,
I was thinking of implementing something but not sure how to go about it.
In each topic, is there a way we can include some horizontal TOC that show the topics on that page by their heading? Thanks

Hi All, Since my content is becoming lengthy, I was thinking of adding a "Back to Top". Now I am not good with CSS so I might need bit hand holding here. I have added a link in the masterpage under BodyProxy: <a href="#top" id="return-to-top"><p style="text-align: ...

Unfortunately, we're really set in using the top navigation output. I was hoping for a way to call another output within the same project; if not in TOC, but some other option.

Calling another target in Main TOC
Hi All,
Is there a way I can call another output (same project) in the main TOC? We have a top navigation HTML5 output.
I know there is an option where you can link a toc entry to Flare project and target, but somehow, that is not working. Is there any other way to do this?
Thanks for your help.
