FYI, the Salesforce API restricts the character limit for a field (in Flare's case, this is the content of an individual topic) to 32,000 characters (not including spaces). Does anyone know if any of these issues have been addressed in later versions? Especially the issue with having a single shared Salesforce account in a multi-author environment.

Can I ask what special character worked for you? I tried the "!" and it didn't work either.
