I'm experiencing the same issue. The hotkey, in particular CTRL+F, does not register. The instructions in the error message are quite cryptic in MadCap Capture, so I assume they are referring to the Flare application? I will attempt to update the hotkeys there; otherwise, I have no way to update the...
