ListOf Proxy page numbers intermittent
I am generating a List of Figures using the ListOf proxy. I use p.figure_caption styles to key on the figures. I'm getting a strange PDF output, where some page numbers are listed and others are not. I can click on the entries which have page numbers, and the link takes me to the figure. When I clic...

Re: Uneven columns in index
To reverse the flow, just click on the flow line between the frames. The arrowhead changes, and the frames renumber. I figured it out by accident.

Re: Uneven columns in index
That worked. Thank you.
I found out that the body frames must be Body 1 on top and Body 2 on the bottom. I first added the top frame, and it didn't work because the top frame was body 2. So I had to delete both frames and add the top frame first then the bottom frame.

Would AutoZeroOffset work, and be a usable term for you?

Re: Uneven columns in index
Would you insert the index proxy in the first body frame, or the second?

Re: Uneven columns in index
Yes. Apparently that has been checked since I started using the software.

Re: Auto-end on left page not working (as I expect)
I'm a new user, so take it for what it's worth. Have you tried starting the sequence with a right page instead of continuous L/R?

Uneven columns in index
I'm building a PDF output with a two-column index. The first page has the top of the columns uneven. I suspect the index proxy presence is causing the first column to start lower than the second. The tops of the columns are even on subsequent pages. Is there a way I can position the index proxy so t...

Re: Different layout for first page of each chapter?
I tried this for my Index pages. My intent was to have the first page look different (but two columns), and the rest be left-right, two-column index pages. I got the first page throughout. There must be a way to tell it to use left-right pages after the first page. Edit: Never mind. I discovered my ...

Re: failed to compile document '.', hexadecimal value 0x00,
I had a similar error while trying to import FrameMaker files, although it was not null, but another character in the control character area. The log refused to save. I narrowed it down to the files which were causing the error, but was not able to find and delete the character. I subsequently found...
