Hello -- Is it possible to customize the styles and page layout for printed topics generated from HTML5 outputs? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Update: I selected Use TOC depth for heading levels in the target and it fixed the problem.

Hello everyone -- I'm dealing with an issue with generated TOCs in my PDFs where each of the headings is listed on a separate page (see attached example), resulting in a 100-plus page TOC. I can't figure out what's causing it. Does anyone have any insights into this issue?

Flare is by far my favorite authoring tool, but it drives me crazy when I can't add a sticky footer to the normal content pages.
