Sadly I don't think there's a way at the moment... tried multi selecting from Link Viewer > Linked From and it prevents it... would be a fantastic feature request!

@ChoccieMuffin - Yeah I was a little hung up on the unique bookmark thing as it's mentioned in the Flare manuals, but I've done it before without issue.

I tried looking at the togglers, but it seems they're limited to either only showing or only hiding everything targeted - ie, can't simultaneously hide one section while then displaying another? Love to be corrected if I'm wrong as that would solve everything.

I did a similar thing to our Flare project for better visual navigation in line with icon themes. Try adding the following to your main stylesheet and include some small 30 x 30 pixel icons for each Level 1 TOC entry.
