Use Topic Title for Relationship Table Item
How can I force relationship table items to display the output link as the topic title, as opposed to the file name? The file names don't make sense as a standalone link. I've tried adding mc-format: '{title}' !important; to the relationshipsProxy with no luck. I've tried adding MadCap|relationships...

Re: TOC Links in PDF Output Not Working
The link field shows the correct destination, which is why I'm confused as to where the PDF is getting the new "#" link from. In every topic property across the board all the link fields are correctly linked to the topic in my project. My process is exactly as yours, I drag the topic over ...

TOC Links in PDF Output Not Working
I have a TOC in my PDF output that lists all the proper topics in the right order. The entry printed in the TOC is the first heading entry, which is different from the topic title. This is fine and ideally what SHOULD be displayed in a printed output, but the problem is that the TOC entry is a link,...

Re: Heading Variable for Printed Output
I would need to create a variable for dozens of PDFs which honestly would take as much time as physically putting the title into a title page topic for each PDF. In the TOC, the order of topics is as follows: -Title Page -Page with the H1 (the broad topic being covered) -Several pages following with...

Heading Variable for Printed Output
With my printed output, I have: Page 1 - Title Page - actual flare front page which has a company logo in the header and the body uses a topic called "print title page" with [IDEALLY a title,] company info, copyright info, and the date the item was last updated Page 2 - ??? - a series of t...

Title Page for Multiple PDF Output
I have my entire project generating multiple small PDFs as my output (several sections instead of one giant PDF) and I want my PDF title page (logo, copyright statement, etc) to generate as the title page of each PDF. I have tried creating a Title Page with the "title info" in the header f...

Find All Related Topics Entries
Is there any way to find every instance of a "Related Topic" field and perhaps run a report that lists them? Searching for 'related topics' doesn't work.

Print Content of Submenu Topics, H2, H3 in HTML Output
Hi Everyone, I'm creating a help site based on a user manual with H1, H2, H3 topics. Each former chapter is now a Menu heading, with the H2's as submenus and so forth. In my output, I want to be able to print an entire "chapter", not just the page being displayed. For example, I have a cha...

Image Mapping Pop-up Without Side Menu
In one topic I have employed image mapping, but I can't get the pop-up topics to appear without a side menu or search bar. I only want the actual topic text (linked to that spot of the image) to appear in the pop-up window. I've tried creating a new Master Page that doesn't use a side menu and speci...

Menu Links Jump to the Wrong Source
I am importing several user manuals, some of which have the same content, so instead of having two sets of topics for the same content, I only want one set of topics that I can link to form both "Top Level" topics. Example, in the User Manual, the chapter "Customizing your profile&quo...

Top Navigation Menu Length and Scroll Bar
I'm working with a long list of topics and the top navigation menu cuts off a large number of them. Is there any way to add/enable a scrolling function within the menu? It seems nuts that you'd only be able to use top nav with a very small topic list.
