Good Morning, all -
I am trying to build a PDF output that will ultimately be very large (4000 + pages). Every time I build, the process hangs up at "Collecting TOC and Index Data". I have built an HTML5 output using the same content, with no issues, so none of the files seem to be corrupt. I don ...

Re: Overlapping Slide navigation TOC over the Content pane
Just wondering if you'd ever gotten a reply as to if this is possible. I have a similar question as the Accessibility consultant our company hired marked this as an issue since the user is then required to close the menu to see if the content is what he/she is looking for.

Tables and Accessibility Question
Hi All - We are now tasked with getting our output to meet accessibility requirements. One of these is to have table captions. I know that Flare does have a table caption feature. However, the way we have set up table titles (captions) has been to use a p.TableTitle tag. We use auto numbering within ...

PDF output - TOC vs Bookmarks
Good Morning - I have a PDF output target for which I need PDF bookmarks of the List of Figures, List of Tables, TOC, and First page. The issue I'm having is that I do NOT want these to appear in the PDF table of contents. Is there a way to do this? I have searched all around but can't seem to find ...

Open PDF button in HTML5 output?
Good afternoon -
I am trying to include a button that allows users to open up the Project's PDF output file in the HTML5 output.
I've used a javascript in the toolbar skin for a button:

window.open("Guide.pdf");

Post-Build Event to kick off another build?
Good Morning - I've been reading about/testing how to create a post-build event command that will kick off a build of a second target, but I can't seem to get it to actually work.

Re: Repeat Content of Cell over Page Break
Thanks so much for responding. I am so surprised there isn't an easier way to do this. Hopefully someone else has had this issue and found an easier work around.

Repeat Content of Cell over Page Break
Good Morning -
Is it possible to have the content of a left cell of a row repeat over pages when the content of the right cell spans over 2 pages? It seems like this should be a fairly easy setting, but I'm not sure how to make this work.

Re: Frame Conditions not being imported
Good morning - I'm using the most recent version of Flare, but have done conversions with the updates that were working fine. This has happened in three projects now. I've created new projects based on a template each time, though, so maybe the master template's Analyzer folder has something to do ...

Frame Conditions not being imported
Hi All - I am stumped...I've been converting our department's guides from Frame to Flare for a couple of months now, and everything was going smoothly, overall. Suddenly, when I import a document, the conditionalized text in FrameMaker is no longer imported in to Flare. It's not just the conditional ...

Re: Cross-references to Imported Files?

Hi All - I've been spinning my wheels on this, and I can't figure out what I am missing. I have one section of topics that I need to import from another project.
