You might want to open your target as a text file so you can see exactly what's going on. Either that, or are you using advanced conditions? After playing with it a bit eventually it just started working but I couldn't narrow down why it happened in the first place or exactly what fixed the issue. ...

I'm having this issue where I am trying to set a condition in my target but it's not responsive.

I go to my target then Conditional Text and then select the condition. However, my selection simply doesn't enable, as if it was greyed out.
