Jumping on years later, but did you find a solution that worked for you? We're trying to figure this all out as our next step for improving documentation.

I'm wondering what you all are using for Feedback forms? I've not had much luck embedding forms from GoogleForms, Microsoft Forms, or HubSpot. (Form doesn't show up at all in preview and some forms cause errors when I try to save htm file they reside in.
