Did you ever get this sorted out? I'm having a completely different issue that I think might be caused by whatever was causing your issue.

I figured it out.

I had put that script in the header because the only other script I'd ever used went in the header. I decided to move it to after the body proxy to see what would happen, and that resolved the issue. Just a note for the next person who stumbles into this issue.

Thanks for this. It's working for to provide me the popups, but I'm still seeing the frame. I don't suppose you've tried this again since the latest update to see if it still works as expected or if I'm just doing something wrong?

Here's one you can use: "MadCap hasn't bothered to update capture since 2015."

You can usually fix this by opening task manager and killing acrobat. If that doesn't work, the nuclear option is to restart your machine.

Thanks for getting back with me. What I'm trying to do is a little bit more complex. I want to have a border around individual objects within the file and no border around the file itself. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this other than by faking it with a separate rectangle.

Has there been any resolution to this? I'm having a similar issue and would love to hear how/if you figured it out.
