Same is happening to me. Did you ever figure out how to get rid of it?

Is is possible to have the help launch to the matching page from where the help was accessed? For example, if I access the help while in the Point of Sale menu, the help would launch that topic and not the default HTML page.

My company has a Knowledge Base site, but the Support and Implementation Teams refuse to use it. They are constantly asking me to include white papers, Tips & Tricks, etc. within the online help. It drives me insane, but I am just one person fighting what seems to be a losing battle. So ...

That's the thing, it won't let me select the background. I can only highlights the areas where there is text. It's why I'm baffled.

Are IE10 and IE11 supported by MadCap Flare 2020. I found threads saying Flare is but the posts were dated 2017 and 2018. I am looking for more current requirements.

Hi! I'm hoping someone could help me. I've looked through this board and the help and can't find where to make the change. I want to change the background color on the search result pane from gray to white. Where do I go to do this?

Does MadCap Flare provide any authentication model or is it open to anyone with the URL? Although our help is web based, we don't want customers to share the URLs to our help for our competition to have access to it? Or is this something that needs to be limited by the IT dept?
