I'm running into a similar problem. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't not. When it fails, I have to basically check in what I have (SVN) and then recheck it out. It feels like something goes wonky with the permissions when running the Build Event. Could somebody help with this?

We ran into this problem as well. Madcap support keeps telling us there is no issue, but there is. Here's what we have been able to determine so far. If you have an <H1> with an anchor, it seems to cause the problem. Try removing the anchor on the H1 and any references to that H1 with an anchor. Dup...
