Hi there!

I'm trying to publish to an ftp server from the command line with madbuild.exe but I'm unable to transfer the files when the build is finished.

My command line is something like this:

madbuild.exe -project project.flprj -target target.fltar -credentials "{\"https://111.1.1.1/pppp ...

I click the reload button in the TOC but nothing happens... maybe this kind of automatic TOC only populates when generanting the output? or it should show the new automatic generated links in design too?

A very basic question about automatic TOC generation I think:

I create a new empty TOC and drag & drop one topic that has a bunch of H1, H2 and H3 tags
In the TOC entry, properties, auto-generate, compute sub-entries checked, action replace with computed entries and depth= 3
