Eve, this may not be the wisest reply. However, Flare 8 may just not be compatible with TFS 2013. So some features of the TFS connection may work, others may not.

So:
- Mouse jostlers CAN be better off with the ribbons, but not necessarily, since there are toolbars in the menu GUI.
- Keyboard pushers are better off with the menues.
Oh, well, I surely am a Keyboard pusher. And when I monitor my way to call a command, I never pay attention to the menu/ribbon ...
