The only thing I really miss is the topic map web feature. Other than that, there's not really much that I preferred RH over Flare.

For external CHM links, we use this format: mk:@MSITStore:help_file.chm::/help_topic.htm This renders the links correctly in the compiled help, but Analyzer 1 doesn't catch broken external links. Remove Search Highlight is actually a toggled option available if you use the 'Options' button. It's available in the drop-down. So it can be used in HTML.

I have a similar issue with removed identifiers and IDs in the alias file. Even when the identifiers are unassigned from Flare, then removed, and the topic is removed from the project, we get these errors.
