Is there a way to create a link from a topic to a PDF file added via External Resources?
The PDF's are in my topics list and in my TOC.
Now I need links or references to the PDF's as in attached image.

I just have to add the page break to the conditional paragraph.

I have a PDF document that has a few conditional pages that should not be printed in a specific PDF target.
However the explicit page breaks I inserted result in blank pages in the conditional output. So the text is not printed, but the pages are blank instead.
Can I make the page preaks ...
