Same problem here. I would appreciate if MadCap could release a patch that would make Flare 7.2 work with SVN 1.7.2. I accept that this issue is not MadCap's fault, but the solution still lies with them.

I did a quick test with a sample AVI from Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/119383) and got an encouraging result. I used the Insert / Multimedia / Windows Media Player function to embed an AVI. The compiled CHM shows the video but ignores all Media ...

What movie options exist for CHM?

I am curious to hear other Flare users' experience with the use of movies in Compiled HTML Help. I am trying to use Mimic generated movies in CHM, but keep on running into a brick wall. No matter what format I use for the movie, I am unable view the movie in the CHM viewer.

In the Skin editor, there are options to enable topic comments and recent comments . Enabling these features have no effect on the compile HtmlHelp output though. I have had a look at the documentation of HTML Help Workshop (Microsoft's archaic help builder) and found no reference to allowing user ...
