Hello,
I'd like to see a list of topics to which each conditional tag is applied. Said another way, I'd like to see which conditional tags are applied to which topics. For example, if I have a conditional tag called "Online Only" I'd like to see the associated 100 topics. Is there any way to do this ...

Re: Tagged content not being excluded
Ah ha! That was it. Thank you! I knew I was missing something! Thank you Lisa and Richard.
The folder had the tags. I removed the tags.
before with the tags
the inappropriate topics were being included. after without the tags
the inappropriate topics are now excluded.

Re: Tagged content not being excluded
Yes, I've marked the topic as excluded in the Content Explorer and the TOC. I've marked the index keyword, the topic in the content explorer, the content in the topic, and the topic in the TOC with the Imp-Worksheet tag.
This topic is tagged with the Imp-Worksheets tag ONLY.

Tagged content not being excluded
Hello,
It seems I have a problem with content tagged with a condition not being excluded in the search. I don't know what I'm doing wrong so please advise me!
Here's the scenario (stick with me, it's more straightforward than it appears...)

Focus in TOC changes for Re-Used topics
Hello All,
I'm wondering if there is a way in Flare to turn "off" the changing of the TOC for re-used topics. Let me explain what I mean.
Here's a sample table of contents:
Book 1
- Topic A
- Topic B
- Topic C (reused)
Book 2
- Topic D
- Topic E
- Topic C (reused)
Say the user is in topic D and ...

Re: Frontmatter in a PDF target
Hi Wil,
I applied your steps as you outlined and it worked like a charm.
I'm SO glad I didn't have to sit here for hours and figure this out (I had spent two, was fed up, and decided to look on the forum).
i've decided that the topic "Specifying Chapter Breaks and Page Layouts" doesn't work ...

Re: "Medium (default)" Doesn't stick
Hey, I tried to set it to "not set" in Flare but it didn't work. Kept going back to zero. I open the style sheet and deleted the margin-left and this set it to "not set." But the WYSIWIG and preview still have the same problem.

Re: "Medium (default)" Doesn't stick
I've adjusted the OL so it has no left margin and I've set the LI left margin to 15px.
It's fine in the compiled help, but looks strange in the WYSIWIG and Preview. I'm not sure why - perhaps something with the software?

Re: "Medium (default)" Doesn't stick
The medium and stylesheet are working together properly as you outlined, Paul.
I fixed my style sheet so the numbers don't appear off the screen in the HAT. But the medium still doesn't "stick." If I set the medium to "non-print Medium" then open another topic, it opens to the "default" medium.

Re: "Medium (default)" Doesn't stick
Update:
Hmm, OK looks like it's a problem with my stylesheet with the numbering going off the page. In Firefox it looks fine but in IE the numbers go off the page.
But still, how do you get that Medium to stick?

"Medium (default)" Doesn't stick
I've just installed Flare 4 and the numbers in my numbered lists are off the screen to the left side. From the topic toolbar, if I select "Medium (default)" then the numbers are brought back onto the screen. When I open a new topic, this setting is "Medium (non-print)" and I have to change it to the ...

Hi Lisa,
For the TH, I changed "float: left" to float: (not set)" and this fixed the problem.
Do you know why this would happen?

The original question that DocNiNjA asked was that Flare SCREWS up the XML once you produce webhelp.
