Whenever I upgrade my copy of Flare to the latest (using 11.1.2, which was released in early December 2015) my computer goes through a complete slow down, which lasts about a week or so. For a single target, there usually are several folders based on the source folder structure and whatever Flare does.
So one target looks like:
- Content folder
- Data folder
- Resources folder
- Skins folder
- csh.js
- Help.htm
- Help.mcwebhelp
- help_CSH ...
