Yeah, you guys are right - the installation process for reviewers could have been lots easier. We're working on fixes now so when we release an update, it's going to be lots easier for your reviews to download and install Reviewer. It could still be the specific tiff files you are now trying to import. Tiffs are funny files because there are a wide range of things people can do in the format and it's still a tiff. Actually, there are a bunch of ways to work this, most of them before you import. I strongly suggest you go to my blog and download the Moving from Frame to Blaze Best Practices.
