Re: View Output in Chrome adds double quote to URL

My colleague just noticed that double-clicking on the output (instead of using the View Output button) will display the help output correctly from the target UI, even in Chrome.

More convenient than editing the URL all the time.

Re: View Output in Chrome adds double quote to URL

Would be very interested about this as it has also started happening to our HTML5 help output in Chrome. The issue is exactly as described by the orginal poster but we are currently using Flare 2018 r2. Just to clarify, we can view the help output fine by opening Default.htm (in the output) locally....

Branching Question

Hi all, Have a general and probably quite simple question. I work with a single Flare project that contains a large number of guides and different versions of the guides therein. As the source requires an awful lot of different conditional content, the source is becoming a bit unwieldy. What I would...

Header Title and Number Spacing Issue

Hi all, I have an issue with autonumbering where the titles of headers (of a certain depth) 'crowd' into the header numbering when viewed in PDF output. I have attached an image in case the description is confusing. Is there a setting in the style sheet that I can change to avoid this? Thanks in adv...

Re: Missing hyphen when XML code goes to new line

Hi all, I'm also creating documentation that has a number of long code instances that must be copied and used as is. Flare appears to be inserting a hyphenated break as follows: Intended code: jdbc-driver=oracle:add(driver-name=oracle) Actual PDF output: jdbc-driver=oracle:add(driver-name -e =oracle...

Re: Toolbar Background image

Hi all, Thanks for your replies. Lisa - I wasn't actually looking at the output, just the toolbar.htm file. Sorry for the confusion. I removed the backgound gradient info from my skin, and tried the following: Following output, replaced ToolbarBackground.jpg skin/images in the output, and opened pro...

Re: Toolbar Background image

Update:

In output/Skin/Images, I replaced the ToolbarBackground.jpg with my own background image (also called ToolbarBackground.jpg), so and checked if toolbar.htm would used image instead. It still shows the default ToolbarBackground.jpg.

Perhaps it's my image. :(

Toolbar Background image

Hi all. Is there a hack for specifying a background image for the WebHelp toolbar instead of the background gradient colour? I tried manually editing the skin to include an image in the toolbar style class, but no luck. I notice that when you manually remove the background gradient property from the...
