I am getting the error as "Data at root level is invalid. Line 2, position 1."

I applied the patch and still have the problem. Also the hyperlinks are coming within quotes ("").
Does it have to do anything with FrameMaker version I am using. I am using Frame 7.1.
Missing content issue is also still there. Please help on these.

It was Default initially and CHM output was taking default CSS style sheet instead of custom one. ![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)

Some places I have changed the content. But its 2-3 sentences. I havent modified any conditional tags. I have modified some content.
Yes. Flare is using the default style sheet not the custom one. But for PDF and WebHelp it is using custom style sheet.
