Password protecting Flare-generated PDF files is not included in the Flare-PDF generating process. Not sure I'd want that as we have to edit the PDF file bookmarks afterward before locking them for delivery. This might help ...... We switched from printed manuals to PDF manuals in 2001. Now we're adding online webhelp. The standard in our department was that first page of each section or chapter had to begin on an odd page for bound manuals as they were printed doublesided. The PDF manuals followed this...

Thank you Kevin. The answer was in the CSS. I had set OL and UL and LI to list-item. OL and UL should be block, not list-item.
