The CHM search function is just a simple text search and it will find everything It can’t be edited since the viewer is a Microsoft product

Mimic is great for training videos but does lac k the ability for quizzes or scoring. But it works great with flare.

Microsft html help is really old school and not used often, it does have he nice feature of just being one file, Webhelp and html 5 help are much nice looking and have a lot of cool features

The Content controls won't import in, you could try saving it as HTML in word and them import the HTML into flare to see what happens

It not possible to use analytics to track buttons as there isn't a wy to put the script into the button action
