Good idea. I figured it out, wrote a little batch file to execute and set it up with Task Scheduler.

Currently, my project files are stored on my local drive. We need to have our data backed up. Unfortunately, IT wants me to store my files on the network drive, because they don't want to back up my computer for some reason. So, I need to transfer all my project files to a network folder.

Is there a way that I can back up my Mimic projects in Team Foundation Server / Source Safe? I know I can do it in Flare, and I have my movies linked to my Flare help, but I don't think that will back up my Mimic projects themselves, right? How can I do this - I couldnt' find anything in the help ...

How do I link to the index, glossary, favorites and search like Flare has in their help menu? I'm running webhelp output for use in a webapp, so I assume that there is a best way of doing this on our web app? I'd like to add those options under our help drop down menu.

Anyone have recommendations on the size to make things in output of this size? Like, what fonts are most readable, and what size is good to use, etc. Any other tips? I have huge widescreen monitors and my video card won't let me change just 1 of them to 1024 x 768, so its a pain trying to check back ...

So, do I have to choose between scaling a video down and making it look poorly for people with lower resolutions, or creating it in a low resolution and making it look poorly for people with modern monitors?

how can i edit the code for the page to resize the videos after its created...if I view the code in the viewer, it shows the size there, so how do I change it, either in flare or mimic?

Well it works when I publish the output to another computer. I only have one copy of Flare here, so nothing but the output moves.

Ok Update -
I am using Vista on my computer, but that seems irrelevant. I transfer the WebHelp Plus output to our server, running XP with IIS, and nobody can see the ToC on their machines. If I change the output to regular WebHelp, it works. What could be the problem?

Anyone know how to make a skin? I want to make the skin colors match those of our software - nothing crazy.

So, it looks like I can create output and copy to another machine, with XP on it, and it works fine. Seems like it might be a Vista incompatibility?

Lisa, I did select the TOC name from the list, not the default.

I'm using Firefox.

I don't know if it works on another system, because I'm having trouble figuring out how to view it on another system...I want to copy a bunch of files to another computer, but which ones? I'm having trouble figuring out this destination stuff.

No idea why...I have a Master Toc in my project, with links to various topics.
TOC (default) is selected in my skin.
The skin and the Master TOC are selected in my MyWebHelpPlus target.

Well, I used the internal text editor and just replaced the | with _. That seemed to remove the errors I was receiving upon building. Thing is, Analyzer put those | in there when I set it to convert some items into styles. So, Analyzer creates this problem, and Flare doesn't like it.

When I build a project, I get errors on both of the stylesheets I'm using:

I have 366 images that I took using not Capture, but Snagit. I'd like to use Capture to set the print to 300/400 dpi and the online to 72/96 dpi, for all of my images at once, if possible. My relevant questions:

1. Can this be done if I didn't take the screenshots with Capture in the first place?
