Re: Content Explorer files not alphabetized
I've had that happen to me (not sorting alphabetically). After clicking in the Content Explorer, I pressed F5 to refresh the view, and then it sorted correctly/alphabetically.

Re: MadCap DITA Teaser Email
On the DITA benefits page, anyone notice the screen shot on the right, third down, shows a Flare V5 (Beta) window... I'm guessing Flare 5 will have DITA standard...?

Re: Capture is one of the hidden gems in screencapturing tools
Actually, it won't. You can type .75, but Capture rounds up to 0.8. Come on Capture, if I wanted 0.8 I would have used 0.8.doc_guy wrote:To be fair here, you can scale down to 75%. You just have to type in the value: .75Rozzano wrote:Or I can't scale an image down to 75%? Only increments of 0.1?

Re: Capture is one of the hidden gems in screencapturing tools
All that stuff is great, but Capture won't let me zoom in on an image while I'm editing it. What good is that? Seems like a basic function , but with Capture it'll have to be a requested feature (?)

From Project Manager > Skins open the skin you are using for your WebHelp project.
In the right pane, click the Styles tab.
Expand ToolbarItem > Logo.
Expand Basic.
Select Icon, and then choose None.

Re: Concept Link (again) - ordering of topics
Hi everyone,
Is it possible to order the topics that appear in a concept link? They seem to be ordered alphabetically and display the topic they are in.
Thanks,
I second the question. I think the coding behind concept links needs to be adjusted to allow different ordering (alphabetical, as shown ...

Re: Single source / different images sizes
I'd be really interetsed to see an example project of how this is supposed to work, because I can't see how it can.

Re: Installing Flare 3.1 for multiple users (Lab environment)
If you have 5 licenses you should have 5 unique license keys, correct? Was a unique license key assigned to each of the 5 computers during Flare's initial startup? We have 5 licenses and it is installed on 5 machines.

Re: What do you think about the Ribbon?
As far as I know the Ribbon is Office 2007 cannot be turned off; there isn't a way to revert to Office 2003-type menusLTinker68 wrote:Can you turn off the ribbon, like you can close the task pane in 2k3?
Feel free to upgrade to XP, though

What do you think about the Ribbon?
How do people here feel about the Ribbon in Office 2007 and applying it to Flare? I know there is a competitor out there that uses that style for their authoring software... Also, it's my understanding that MS wants to persuade developers to use the Ribbon as main user interface (moreso for Windows ...
