I had been using the View Menu for months. It adds 4 extra clicks each time you need to find a file.
I was looking for and found, with Carolyn Wallace's help, a much simpler user interface.

1. I couldn't find the invisible View button.
2. I did open a folder and set it to search on Name.
3. This did not change the order in Flare.
4. I went back to the folder in 2 and did Tools, Folder Options, Apply to All Folders.
5. It is now showing in name order.

Has anything been changed in Flare to provide the capability to request that images be included in the .doc or .docx files?
It would be good for SCM to do a build without having to manipulate the Word document outside the scripted build process.

Nevermind, I just found that if I include the pictures and break the links, the pictures resize.

In Flare 3.1, my pictures were resizing themselves to fit in the margins of the page in my Word output. Now that we have updated to 4.0.16 - 9/4/2008:12.:01 PM, many of my pictures now stick out into the right margin or off the page. I create a table of one row with two columns. It looks good except I'm stuck with substantial indents in front of the bullets.

In my WebHelp, there are two movie files listed and accessable in the Glossary output.
My Glossary file in Flare does not show these 2 entries.
My .doc output does not show these 2 entries.
How do I remove them from the WebHelp?

I was hoping to only make changes to the snippets rather than all of the entries where the snippet is used. Any other ideas?
