Activation still required for all profiles in V.4?

Does Flare 4 still save activation information in the user hive of the registry? We have our V. 3 copies installed in a teaching classroom/lab and discovered that each unique user needed to input the license key. We have 5 licenses and it is installed on 5 machines.

If you have 5 licenses you should have 5 unique license keys, correct? Was a unique license key assigned to each of the 5 computers during Flare's initial startup?

I did actually install it for all users. We are not using roaming profiles. Each unique student who logs into the machine is prompted for the key which is not a workable solution, obviously. Shouldn't is have been activated when I installed it?

We have 5 licenses and it is installed on 5 machines.
