Excluding TOC entries from PDF Bookmarks

Is it possible to exclude TOC entries from my PDF Bookmarks? I have seen a similar thread on doing the opposite, but nothing covering this.

I have separate Chapter Number and Chapter Title styles. I want to exclude the Chapter Number for the PDF Bookmarks as I like them to be collapsed. This means ...

Re: Flare 10 and CHM formatting issues

Re: Border at the top of topic pane

Is this an issue or is there a new setting in the stylesheet to control this? I'm stuck with CHM for a while longer and am currently tweaking my existing CSS so it looks the same using V10. Unfortunately I can't find a way around this border issue just now and it ...

How do you set the width of TOC headings

Hi,

As Flare improves with each release I am finding time to address some of the problems that I have been working around. One of these problems is related to the formatting of the TOC headings.

MY TOC styles are quite simple – left aligned with specific indents for each TOC style. After each ...

Table issues when generating FrameMaker files from Flare V3

I am trying to generate single-sourced documentation for a new product. I have no problem generating the HTML Help, but I am encountering the following problems with tables in FrameMaker:

Re: Cross-ref bug in FrameMaker

OK, I'm presuming that this is going to be telling people how to suck eggs, but I'll go ahead anyway...

I gave up on trying to insert {title} or {h1} tags into the x-ref style. They were not included in the output - or if they were, the appearance seemed random. However, I noticed that it seems to ...

Re: Cross-ref bug in FrameMaker

I am also encoutering a problem with missing {title} cross-reference information in the FrameMaker output. I was wondering if this issue had been fixed, or if anyone has found a solution.

Re: Showing browse sequence from merged Help

Richard,

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I will contact our IT department to see if they are blocking MadCap's support e-mails.

It is a shame that this functionality is not available, but thank you for adding a feature suggestion. It is definitely something I would find very useful. I am ...

Showing browse sequence from merged Help

Hi,

Before I throw my toys out of the pram, I thought someone here could help me.

I am in the process of rebuilding an existing Help system. Part of this process involves separating content into separate projects so that they can be managed individually. These individual projects can be viewed ...
