Table header row widowed in PDF output
I have a topic with a long table that is producing a widowed header line on a blank page following the end of the table. The table does not extend to the bottom of the prior page. I am producing PDF output. How can I fix this? Thanks!

What are Span styles?
I'm brand new to CSS. I'm mystified by the span style. Can someone explain this or point me to something that explains it? Thanks.
