Hi,
Updating from TF 2005 to TF2008 sometimes corrupts the cache. Run this commad (use run command or command prompt)
tf workspaces /format:detailed /owner:* /s:<_your AT_>

Hi,
I do not think there is a way to modify the Skin outside of flare. What you can do is, have your designers download a 30 day trial of Flare. Send the Skin file to the designers and they will be able to edit the Skin using the trial version!!
