This just happened to me. It seemed to coincide with an IT change to our anti-virus software, but I can't confirm that was the exact issue. However, rebooting the computer resolved the issue.

I am getting the same message on my PDF outputs and am also not using MS Gothic or Helvetica. I am also using Windows 10 (which was updated from 8.1), but can't say for sure if the messages coincided with making that update.
