You may have to change the following setting:


In the Project Organizer go to skins and open the skin you are using for your output
On the tab Basic the "Automatically Synchronize TOC"checkbox must be checked

This was the solution for me with my webhelp output!

But that still doesn't mean that when I click on a Recent Comment the Topic opens??
