That was one of the early on things to try. I must still have something, a column maybe, that is set to avoid.

Re: table to pdf problem update
I broke the table where it should break across the pages and it shows up now. I am still a rookie at table styles and because of past experience I try to avoid them. I will have to carve out time if this type of documentation continues.
Thanx

Re: table to pdf problem
The only style in my table tag is width:100%. So I experimented. I made the columns fixed width wondering if the PDF engine is freaking out on Auto Width. No.

table to pdf problem
I have several tables in my project. they work fine in all formats (including webhelp, word and pdf). Except for one table and it does't show up in PDF. Instead I get a couple of blank pages. The table is 35 rows long and would take a couple of pages.
I have checked all applied styles and have ...

Re: Image Map issue
"stupid user" is a term I picked up at a contract job. The testers had to ensure they thought of and recreated all 'stupid user' stunts. Anything they might click on had to be tested.
Obviously I clicked on something, some time ago, and forgot about the feature.

Image Map issue
I am attempting to map an image. When I right click on 'Image Map', the tool opens but the image doesn't show up. I can open previously mapped images and no images. Anyone have any ideas? There's no way this is a bug.

e-edit review issue with returned files
Two days ago I sent files to the SME for technical review. Then, our documentation group leader reordered our Content file system. The two files I sent to the SME are no longer at the same path. When I try to "Import Reviewed Topic" I get an error that says the original file no longer exists. The ...

Re: Table captions show up differently
An update.
When in the table side bar, I noticed a caption setting there as well. That one was set to 'above'. I changed it to below. Even my code shows 'below' or bottom, but when I use the 'Preview Compiled Topics' button the captions are above the table.

Project Template Description

Re: page layout footer question for pdf output
I've followed the instructions in the previous series but my question, is there any way to control the width of the columns?
Also, the entire collection has a padding or something to the left of it causing the logo on the right end to hang off. I cannot find this in the code. Do you know where I ...

It is listed after my topic stylesheet, but it is listed as Skin/Support. I'm not finding it in the output of my project.

I tried going at this from 3 angles and have nothing positive to report. MadCap|Related topics, helpControlMenuItem, helpControlMenu, and conceptLink did not change anything. I was hopeful for a moment. The link is white when you hover over it and within the MadCap|helpControlMenuLink there was a ...

Re: css madcap|related Topic
I realized the css I am using only effects the words "See Also" within the text of the page. What I need to change is the text of the 'menu' that pops up. I don't even see anything like that on my css. What controls the little menu thingy?
