What worked for me. I have static text (Document Name) left aligned and page number right aligned. I tried to footers, but couldn't get that to work. But resizing the footer and moving ot the right for page number, then adding a new Decoration Frame for the static text worked. Right align one and ...

I tried this in 7.2, and it worked, sort of. I got the page numbers next to the entries, separated by about 1/4 inch. No comma.

Actually, the only one there is 409 (English). What do I need to do to get the other language files?

1. The localization was done by one of the largest localization vendors in the country. I do not know if they used Lingo.
