Basically, the Identifiers in both versions are the same. There is a 2010 version and a 2013 version - both use the same project/topics, but the values (Map IDs) for the identifiers differ between projects so the header files contain different Map IDs for some/not all ...

I'm using v9.1. I've read some of the other entries on this subject and especially with v7, many users were frustrated with changes only be visible when a topic was returned to the author. The Author could not send a topic back out to the reviewer when the topic had updates and edits were made so ...

Actually the header file already has map numbers and the alias file has the identifiers with the associated map numbers. Is there a way of automatically assigning the identifiers to the topics? I have over 1000 topics to assign.

I got it to work, but only with using the Format Toolbar. It does not work with Styles.

BTW, still using only Flare v6 as v7 is not compatible with XEdit, and that is the tool we use for review.

When I highlight the phrase and apply bold, the whole phrase is bolded. Then when I highlight one word within the bolded phrasethat needs to be italicized , it does become italic, but loses the bolding.
